The Business Development Centre Rep will be responsible for providing consistently high levels of customer service.


Take Inbound-Outbound phone calls
Set quality appointments for clients, receive and respond to emails and internet leads
Handle client concerns in a professional manner
Follow up with clients to ensure quality of service and confirm their satisfaction
Manage and track all leads on a regular basis and timely manner
Make +100 outbound calls and +16 appointments per day


Excellent client service skills
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal (phone, email)
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Self-starter with a positive energy
Ability to work in a high call volume environment
Energetic, upbeat and personable attitude, a "people person" with a "smile and dial" approach
A team player who works well with others
One year call center experience (dealership experience is a major plus)
Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency
