Booking Your Service Appointment Online Instructions
Having issues booking your service appointment online with us? Here are some quick detailed instructions that will help you out.
Once you’ve logged into your account OR proceeded as a guest follow the steps below to ensure your appointment is booked correctly.
Step 1: Select Service The system will do it’s best to recommend the factory maintenance for which your vehicle is due. Please select which option you’d like to have our factory trained technicians complete.
To add a note about a specific issue you would like addressed – choose “General service request” and type your concern.
STEP 2: Select Time In this step please pick the day and time you would like to schedule your consultation with one of our advisors. You can also pick your preferred advisor, we know many of our customers have great relationships with specific staff members. If you don’t see your preferred advisor, please select a different day – they might be off or fully booked on the first day you’ve chosen. Remember, this is the time that you will meet with your service advisor, do a walk around of your vehicle and discuss what needs to be done. It is not the time your vehicle will be going into the shop to be worked on.
Step 3: Contact Information (ONLY IF YOU’VE PROCEEDED AS A GUEST) You must enter your first name, last name, email address and at least one phone number. Please use the phone number which will be the best way to contact you on the day of your appointment. You have the option to “Create an Account” at this point by using the button at the bottom. Do NOT create an account if you are an existing customer – please contact us for your account information. If you are a new customer, creating an account will have multiple benefits including seeing your service history and give you the ability to reschedule/ cancel appointments quickly. Make sure to create an account! Please note there is a pop-up confirmation that you have completed setting up your account – This means you’ve created an account. It does not mean that you have completed booking your service. Please continue into step 4, ‘Book Appointment’ to complete booking your service appointment.
Step 3 or 4: Book Appointment This step is the summary and confirmation of everything you’ve done in the previous steps. Please ensure all information is correct. Once you’ve confirmed all details, click “BOOK APPOINTMENT.”
You will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you have not received it within 5 minutes. Please contact us if the email does not come through.
